AutoCarto 2008 symposium was an unqualified success.
Close to hundred cartographers and GIScientists met in September at at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, USA, to listen to colleagues from all over the world about their research and innovation in cartography and geographic information science.
